What helps me quote quickly
None of this is essential, but the more of it you can tell me up front, the sooner you get an accurate number instead of a range.
- What and who: portraits, an event, a campaign, and roughly how many people are involved.
- Where and when: the location and your preferred date, or the window you are working within.
- What the pictures are for: website, press, social, print or a career page. This sets the usage rights.
- Anything fixed: brand guidelines, an existing look to match, or a deadline you cannot move.
